Mrs. Buford is a recent graduate from Northeastern State University with a Degree in Spanish Education and a minor in Applied Linguistics. “To me, language learning isn’t just memorizing words and phrases, it’s developing an appreciation for new perspectives and communication. The importance of missions works hand-in-hand with this because, even though different cultures may have differing world views, the Gospel breathes life and love into those things in just the right way. God has a heart for every person, no matter the culture, and part of world language class is learning to love and communicate with those around us and around the world.”
