About

Giving

Our annual giving initiative is called FutureNow: a fund that bridges the gap between what it costs to educate an MVC student and what it costs to improve and grow. We believe the work that daily happens at Mingo Valley Christian is a bold stand in today's society, as we partner with parents to raise world changers who can think for themselves, work hard, and lead others. Your tax-deductible financial gift is an investment in that work.
We are grateful for the Lord's provision and our FutureNow donors' generosity in 2021! In the interest of our students, we're already planning the initiatives listed below for the 2022-23 school year, as funds allow.

List of 4 items.

  • EDUCATIONAL ENHANCEMENTS

In our constant effort to optimize student learning, we want to provide AI-based educational software and other valuable programs to our students, as well as enhanced training for our MVC faculty.
  • COVERED CAMPUS WALKWAYS

Students of all ages use our three campus buildings; covering the walkway is a significant need to keep students dry and comfortable as they move between classes throughout the school day.
  • ADDITIONAL FACILITY UPGRADES

We want to continually improve our current facility to benefit today's students. In addition to the walkway, we hope to provide many new classroom desks, and several much-needed upgrades in our auditorium.
  • HVAC SYSTEM DEBT REPAYMENT

Last year's donors gave us a start covering this significant expense, but a loan was needed to cover the gap. Additional gifts to repay this debt puts us in a more financially secure spot to grow and support other initiatives.
