We are seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join our small private school community. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore their creativity, develop artistic skills, and appreciate various forms of art in a supportive, student-centered environment. Current position is part time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Art Education, or related field (required)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Middle School English and Geography Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire students through engaging lessons in language arts, reading comprehension, writing, world geography, and social studies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Geography, Social Studies, or a related field. K-8 certification accepted.
Previous teaching experience at the middle school level preferred.
Strong knowledge of English Language Arts and Geography curriculum standards.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning tools.
Prior experience in a school or childcare setting preferred
Ability to support teachers with clerical tasks (copying, organizing materials, preparing classroom resources)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Basic computer skills (e.g., word processing, email, printers/copiers)
Positive attitude and willingness to assist where needed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Experience with scheduling and managing daily volunteers
In agreement with MVCS statement of faith
Preferred:
Familiarity with school operations and classroom needs
Experience working with educational materials or student support
CPR/First Aid certification
