Scott Pennington

Scott Pennington is a graduate of Northeastern State University. He earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education and has spent his career focused on serving others through education and leadership.

Scott currently serves as the Director of Hope for Union Public Schools, where he is committed to supporting students and families through meaningful outreach and community partnerships.

An active member of Southwood Baptist Church, Scott serves as a deacon and is part of the praise and worship team. He has been happily married to his wife, Alycia, since March 25, 1995, and together they are the proud parents of four children, including two adult children and two students at MVC. Outside of work, Scott enjoys music, sports, and fitness.
