Ms. Astacio has her undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Oklahoma, and she has a MEd degree with Emphasis on Second Language Acquisition from the University of Central Oklahoma. Born in the Dominican Republic, Spanish is her native language. She has been a teacher for 26 years.
