ADMISSIONS PROCESS
To apply for Admission to Mingo Valley Christian School, please return your completed and signed Admissions Application (one per student), along with the following forms for each student:
- Copy of recent report card
- Copy of recent standardized test scores
- Copy of immunization records - click here for immunizations required
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Pastor Recommendation Form ( may be sent separately by your pastor)
- $25 nonrefundable Application Fee
When all forms are received, and if space is available, a family interview and entrance test will be scheduled.
ADMISSIONS DATES
February 1: Distribute Enrollment Packets to current families
February 9, 10: Re-Enrollment for existing families
March 1: Open House and beginning of Open Enrollment (for new families/students)
