Principal, Mark Reisner

Mark Reisner joined Mingo Valley Christian School in July of 2009.  Born and raised in Missouri, Mr. Reisner moved to Oklahoma to attend the University of Tulsa where he earned a degree in Cell Biology.  He advanced his education with a Masters Degree in Biology from Saint Louis University.  And then, being led toward a career in education, he went on to earn a Specialist Degree in Secondary School Administration.

Among the many abilities that Mr. Reisner brings to our school, he also brings great experience.  He spent five years as a high school science teacher in the St. Louis Public School system.  From teaching he went into administration, working for seven years in high school and central administration offices for Missouri public schools. He then moved to Tennessee and into Christian education as a school administrator, for six years, at Christ Classical Academy in Dyersburg, Tennessee.  He returned to Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2007 and served as the Elementary Principal at Regent Preparatory School for two years.

Mr. Reisner has been gratefully partnered with his loving wife Lori throughout his career.  They have three children at Mingo Valley: Rebekah, Joshua and Nathan.
